Daniel Dansie is a shareholder in the firm's Real Estate section. He represents clients in a broad range of real estate and land use matters. He has extensive experience in acquisitions and sales, real estate financing, leasing, zoning and entitlements, homeowners associations, title and lien issues, boundary disputes, foreclosures, and landlord rights. Dan's practice spans both real estate transactions and real estate litigation. He is licensed to practice law in both Utah and Idaho and is a past chair of the Real Property section of the Utah State Bar.


Represents buyers, sellers, developers, brokers, and lenders in the acquisition, entitlements, development, leasing, and sale of real property.

Represents home builders and other developers in drafting contract documents, restrictive covenants, and homeowners association documents.

Represents landowners and land users in negotiations with cities, counties, and other governmental entities regarding land use and property rights.

Represents real estate sales agents in connection with regulatory compliance and professional ethics matters.

Represents landowners and land users in litigation and other dispute resolution processes related to real estate and land use matters.
