Over the past two days, Kirton McConkie had the pleasure of hosting WunderBar Together and the American Council on Germany's InsightDeutschland Community Town Hall event. Over two days, attendees were involved in interactive conversations on the economic, political, and social issues shaping the transatlantic relationship. Guests also had the opportunity to hear from Colonel Gail Halvorsen, the "Berlin Candy Bomber". Colonel Gail Halvorsen spoke about his experiences during the Berlin Airlift in 1948 and also shared his thoughts on the 30th Anniversary of the Fall of the Berlin Wall.
