Kait S. Montague

Kait Montague is a member of the firm’s Real Estate section. She assists clients in all stages of commercial real estate transactions including property acquisition and disposition, title and survey review, planning and zoning, entitlements, and development. Ms. Montague has special expertise in agribusiness and commercial leasing.

Ms. Montague is active in a number of community and industry organizations, including serving on the Marketing Committee of the Utah Chapter of CREW (Commercial Real Estate for Women).
