Devin Cooper

Devin Cooper is a member of the firm’s First Amendment and Religious Organizations section. His practice focuses on risk management, litigation prevention, investigations, and religious liberties. He frequently advises clients on state law compliance issues. Prior to joining Kirton McConkie, Mr. Cooper was a law clerk to two Utah district court judges.
