Caria S. Park
Caria S. Park is a member of the firm’s International section. Her practice focuses on complex cross-border legal matters, including data privacy, regulatory compliance, immigration and visa matters, and international operations. She advises clients on a wide range of global legal issues involving governance, operational risk, and compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
Ms. Park has experience handling visa and immigration matters related to international travel, assignments, and cross border work. Her immigration work is often integrated with broader corporate, operational, and compliance considerations.
In addition to immigration and visa matters, Ms. Park works extensively on cross-border regulatory and data protection issues. She supports international initiatives that require alignment between local law, internal policies, and organizational objectives. Ms. Park also advises clients on international structuring and operational matters. Her work frequently involves long term, multi-jurisdictional projects that require sustained coordination and oversight.
Ms. Park previously worked at Perkins Coie LLP, where she gained experience assisting large multinational organizations on complex corporate and regulatory matters.
Born and raised in Korea, Ms. Park is fluent in Korean and regularly assists Korean speaking clients on international legal matters.
