Downtown Salt Lake City Farmers Market

Spend your Saturday mornings at the Downtown Salt Lake City Farmers Market in Pioneer Park. Browse offerings from more than 300 vendors featuring fresh produce, locally made foods and beverages, and handcrafted goods.  

 

July 3
8-10:30 p.m.

Salt Lake City’s America 250 Drone Show

Celebrate America’s 250 at Jordan Park with an evening of family-friendly fun, featuring food trucks, live music, and a drone show with 500 drones. Admission is free, and the first 1,500 attendees will receive a $15 food voucher courtesy of Salt Lake City. 

 

July 4
Gates open at 4 p.m., fireworks begin at 10 p.m.

Thanksgiving Point Freedom Celebration

Dust off your favorite camp chairs and blankets and head over to Thanksgiving Point’s Electric Park for an Independence Day celebration! Admission is free for this event, which features food trucks and vendors for you to enjoy before the firework show. 

 

July 4
Begins at 8:30 a.m.

St. George 4th of July Parade

Join the new St. George parade route for a morning of floats, cars, candy, and fun! Celebrating 250 years of freedom, this year’s parade runs along 100 South, beginning at 100 East, and concludes on 900 East.

Arena gates open at 7 p.m.

Days of ‘47 Rodeo

One of Salt Lake City’s most iconic summer events is back! Grab your tickets for the Days of ’47 Rodeo at the Utah State Fairpark, taking place over five nights. Each evening features rodeo performances, followed by live music and a spectacular drone and fireworks show to cap off the night.

Begins at 9 a.m.

Days of ‘47 Parade

Head downtown for the Days of ’47 parade in Salt Lake City, beginning at 9 a.m. on South Temple and State Street. This beloved Utah tradition features colorful floats, bands, horses, and more, making for a fun-filled morning celebrating Utah’s pioneer heritage.

Capital City Public Market

Spend your Saturday mornings at Boise’s Capital City Public Market, showcasing local handmade goods and farm fresh produce from more than 150 rotating vendors. Located at the Grove Plaza, there is something for everyone to explore.

Veteran Entrepreneur Alliance’s 4th of July Pancake Breakfast

Start your Independence Day at Cecil D. Andrus Park by supporting Idaho’s veterans at the annual 4th of July Pancake Breakfast. Admission is free for veterans and active-duty military members, and just $5 for all other attendees. All proceeds benefit the Veteran Entrepreneur Alliance and its mission to support Idaho’s veteran community.

America 250 for $2.50 Weekend at Zoo Boise

Join Zoo Boise in celebrating America’s 250 with special reduced admission on July 4 and 5. Tickets are just $2.50 per person, making this family-friendly attraction an affordable and fun way to enjoy the holiday weekend.

Idaho America 250 4th of July Parade

Gather along Capitol Boulevard for Idaho’s annual 4th of July parade! Beginning at the Morrison Center and ending near the Idaho State Capitol, this beloved downtown Boise tradition features colorful floats, vintage cars, horses, marching groups, and more. It’s a fun-filled celebration with something for everyone to enjoy. 

 

July 4
6-11 p.m.

America 250 Fourth of July Fireworks Celebration

Head over to Ann Morrison Park for an evening of family-friendly fun. Enjoy delicious food and drinks; patriotic tunes by the Boise Philharmonic; a red, white, and blue fountain display; and a fun firework and drone show to end the night.
