Rhett F. Hunt

Rhett Hunt is a member of the firm’s International section where he enables clients to navigate legal complexities of global business. His work includes collaborating with multilingual and multicultural teams across jurisdictions to advise clients on foreign entity formation, regulatory compliance, data privacy matters, international trade, and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Kirton McConkie, Rhett worked as a corporate associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he represented tech and life science startups and emerging growth companies through entity formations, equity and convertible security financings, corporate governance, and other business transactions. He also represented venture capital investors in a variety of transactions.
