Julie H. Gheem

Julie Gheem is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property section. She focuses on intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, domain names and internet-based intellectual property violations, trade secrets, unfair competition law, and licensing. Having earned the fundamental equivalent of a physics degree while in law school, Ms. Gheem has a strong technological background in both mechanical and soft electrical engineering technologies. She also has an extensive understanding of computer software through her experience as an independent contractor designing customized software.
