Andrew S. Navarro
Andrew Navarro is in the firm’s Real Estate section. He is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience advising clients on complex commercial real estate multimillion-dollar transactional matters involving both national and international operations. Mr. Navarro has managed all phases of sophisticated deals, including conducting due diligence, analyzing key legal issues, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and implementing post-closing integration for the sale and acquisition of single-site and multi-site fractional programs.
In addition to transactional work, Mr. Navarro has overseen regulatory registrations and filings, ensuring compliance with domestic and international requirements. He has served as trusted counsel in matters involving the termination, repurposing, conversion, and disposition of obsolescent properties, guiding clients through strategic decision-making and execution. With a practical and solutions-driven approach, he combines deep legal knowledge with business acumen to help clients achieve their goals while mitigating risk.
