Zachary C. Lindley

Zachary Lindley is a member of the firm’s Litigation section. Mr. Lindley focuses his practice on general civil litigation as well as risk management and advising for his clients.

Mr. Lindley’s litigation practice covers a range of matters, including business and commercial disputes, real property, trust disputes, torts, contract disputes, and complex commercial litigation. He focuses on serving his clients through dedicated representation, assisting them to resolve disputes and solve problems.

Mr. Lindley provides both preventive and defensive representation, serving his clients at various levels, including state, federal, and administrative. Mr. Lindley assists his clients in the implementation and enforcement of effective policies and procedures tailored to avoid and defend against a wide range of issues. Primarily, he provides his clients day-to-day advising as to risk management analysis. He also advises clients on matters related to business relations, contracts, purchase/sell agreements, and general business disputes and conflicts.
