Spencer Eastwood is a member of the firm’s Real Estate section. He represents clients in all aspects of real estate development and management, including matters related to purchases and acquisitions, planning and zoning, as well as other land use, environmental, and property issues. Mr. Eastwood also has extensive experience in the construction industry, having previously represented general contractors and subcontractors, particularly large steel fabricators, in all aspects of complex construction disputes around the country.
Mr. Eastwood’s background has allowed him to gain valuable litigation experience on both the federal and state levels and has successfully positioned the majority of his clients for settlements outside of court.
