Paul G. Hawkins
Paul Hawkins is a member of the firm’s Real Estate section and focuses his practice on the representation of buyers, sellers, developers, landlords, and borrowers with respect to commercial real estate transactions conducted throughout the country, including commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential property types. Mr. Hawkins has extensive experience advising clients on real estate syndications and private placements, the structuring of joint ventures, and various matters related to business entity formation, governance, and dissolution. Mr. Hawkins advises clients involved with mergers and acquisitions, including asset purchases and sales, as well as clients seeking general business advice and tax strategy.
