Nolan S. Andreasen

Nolan Andreasen is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property section based in the St. George office. He counsels clients on strategic patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters, including related licensing and enforcement efforts. His practice further manages domestic and international intellectual property portfolios.

As former in-house counsel for a respected, Utah-based consumer products company, Mr. Andreasen knows how to tailor legal services to meet the business needs of his clients. He is a registered patent attorney and former trademark examining attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
