Lacey A. Chase
Lacey Chase is an associate in the firm’s Litigation section. Her practice focuses on complex litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property disputes, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. She has also successfully litigated contractual, false advertising, and other business-related disputes in state and federal courts throughout the country.
Lacey also provides patent infringement/validity opinions and helps her clients negotiate amicable resolutions to avoid litigation wherever possible. In addition, she has experience helping clients in obtaining and enforcing trademark and copyright registration and protection. As an inventor with a patent of her own, Lacey is very familiar with the importance of intellectual property rights.
