Kristen Clarke is a member of the firm’s First Amendment and Religious Organizations practice group. Her work involves legal research, analysis, and writing addressing constitutional and other complex legal issues for litigation and a spectrum of related client needs. She also provides trauma-informed representation to clients with unique needs. Kristen has represented numerous nonprofit organizations as amici curiae in federal appellate courts, including serving as a named author in a number of amicus briefs filed before the United States Supreme Court.
