Kenneth W. Birrell

Kenneth Birrell is a member of Kirton McConkie’s Tax and Estate Planning section. He concentrates his practice on federal, state, and local tax planning; partnership and corporate structuring and planning; and employee benefit structuring and planning. Mr. Birrell has represented clients in a wide variety of transactions, including stock and asset purchases; tax-free mergers and reorganizations; and designing, implementing, and administering both qualified retirement plans and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. Mr. Birrell is a frequent speaker to professional organizations and other groups on tax-related topics.

 

Mr. Birrell is recognized as one of Utah’s Legal Elite and a Mountain States Super Lawyer Rising Star for tax.
