Ken R. Olson

As Kirton McConkie’s Director of Administration, Mr. Olson oversees all daily operations including departmental management for accounting, facilities, human resources, information technology, and marketing.

Mr. Olson has 30+ years of extensive management and legal experience in all aspects of running a professional organization.  Prior to joining Kirton McConkie, he was President and CEO of DataChem Laboratories, Inc. for 10 years and General Counsel for 13 years. He has had a private legal practice, served as legal counsel for non-profit organizations, and has been a board member for a number of organizations. Mr. Olson also serves as the associate general counsel to the firm.
