Justin Pitcher is a member of the firm’s Corporate section, where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, finance, and general business matters. Mr. Pitcher also has substantial experience representing corporate clients in chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.

 

Prior to joining Kirton McConkie, Mr. Pitcher worked as an associate at two international law firms, where he represented private equity sponsors and public and private company clients in complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, portfolio company investments, investment fund formation, and related general corporate matters.
