Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with substantial experience litigating matters in federal and state courts throughout the United States. Earlier in her career, Ms. Kenworthy clerked for the Honorable Roger L. Hunt and the Honorable Lloyd D. She continues to draw on that experience in representing clients in complex litigation matters.

Ms. Kenworthy’s federal litigation experience includes defending professionals in high-stakes matters involving dispositive motion practice resulting in dismissal with prejudice, as well as participation in trial-level proceedings culminating in favorable merits decisions. Her experience also includes complex intellectual property enforcement matters in federal court, including obtaining and executing a federal marshal search-and-seizure warrant against a trademark infringer and gray-market dealer.

Ms. Kenworthy also regularly represents clients in state court litigation involving contract interpretation and enforcement, including disputes arising from commercial agreements, business relationships, and alleged breaches of fiduciary duty. Her experience ranges from large, multimillion-dollar defense matters to smaller, straightforward contract disputes.
