David T. Ostler

David Ostler is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property section. His practice focuses on assisting clients strategically protect and enforce their intellectual property rights through patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. He has experience with all facets of protecting intellectual property, including preparing and prosecuting patent applications both in the United States and internationally in areas, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, network security (cryptography), computer vision, digital signal processing, semiconductor devices, video surveillance systems, computed tomography (CT) imaging, medical devices, and others.
