Chase Nielsen
A multidimensional dealmaker, Chase Nielsen is a member of the firm’s Real Estate section and advises clients on all aspects of commercial real estate. He combines transactional rigor, business-focused negotiation, and practical judgment to address deals from all angles. Chase’s knowledge and depth of experience is used to address client needs in acquisitions, dispositions, development and redevelopment matters, leasing, and financing across retail, industrial, office, and mixed-use asset types. Chase keeps his clients’ objectives, timing, and execution realities at the center of every deal.
Knowing that each transaction presents new challenges and opportunities, Chase advises clients on deal structuring throughout the process, including operating agreements and joint ventures. His experience has led to advising clients on transactions throughout the United States, providing consistent support as they expand and operate in new and existing markets. Whether its commercial leasing, purchasing, selling, developing, or financing the acquisition of real property, Chase help clients align deal terms with project objectives and execution realities.
When he is not assisting his clients, Chase can be found either watching his wife and daughters perform in musicals, driving his son to basketball or football games, or in his home office playing his Gibson Les Paul on his VOX amp.
