Annemarie H. Garrett

Annemarie Garrett is a member of the firm’s Litigation section and works as part of the firm’s contracting team. She focuses on civil and commercial litigation matters, including experience with intellectual property litigation. Annemarie has advised multi-national clients on domestic and international IP strategy and enforcement. She has experience developing strategy and drafting motions, briefs, and cease-and-desist letters for trademark infringement cases and domain name disputes, as well as patent, trade secret, and copyright matters. She also has deep experience in understanding complex medical issues for medical malpractice defense.
