Alyssa H. Depew

Alyssa Depew is a member of the firm’s Tax and Estate Planning section. Her practice is focused on all aspects of international, federal, state, and local taxation. She advises clients with a variety of tax structures within several industries, including health care entities, public charities, and private foundations. She provides guidance on complex tax rules and regulations, ensuring that tax exemptions, operational structures, and transactions follow all guidelines.

 

Ms. Depew has experience advising and assisting clients with the formation and operation of nonprofit organizations, planned giving and donor-advised funds, and investments in private equity and hedge funds.
