Brent Hawkins is a member of the firm’s International section. With extensive experience in domestic and cross-border transactions, he has served as primary counsel in deals spanning over 50 countries and 30 languages, making him a trusted advisor to multinational companies navigating complex legal landscapes.

Brent brings a unique combination of legal insight and business acumen, having served for 13 years as vice president and chief legal officer for an international software company. This leadership experience allows him to offer practical, business-focused legal strategies tailored to the realities of global operations.
