Kirton McConkie is pleased to announce the expansion of its Commercial Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights practice with the addition of business bankruptcy and workout attorney Adelaide Maudsley. Ms. Maudsley recently joined the firm as a Shareholder in the Litigation section. Her practice focus is representation of banks, lenders, and other types of creditors in bankruptcy, receivership, restructuring, and workout matters.<\/p>\n

The Commercial Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights practice has a breadth and depth of experience and also draws upon the firm’s extensive real estate, tax, litigation, corporate and intellectual property capabilities.<\/p>\n

In addition to Ms. Maudsley, members of the core bankruptcy group include:<\/p>\n

Ralph R. Mabey: Retired bankruptcy judge, examiner in the Extended Stay Hotels matter, and, most recently, a court-appointed mediator in the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy.<\/p>\n

Darren B. Neilson: Representation of debtors and creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy, representation of creditors and creditors’ committees in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases trustees in Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy cases.<\/p>\n

Robert S. Prince: Represents creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy, workout and commercial litigation matters.<\/p>\n

Cameron<\/a> H. Hancock: Prosecutes and defends commercial bankruptcy and creditors’ rights litigation and other related bank litigation.<\/p>\n

Loyal<\/a> C. Hulme: Represents large local and national lending institutions and borrowers with issues related to recovery, foreclosures and workouts as well as protecting creditors’ interests in bankruptcy proceedings.<\/p>\n

Gregory S. Moesinger: Prosecutes and defends clients in commercial bankruptcy and creditors’ rights cases.<\/p>\n
