Chesney Arend McCue

Chesney Arend is a member of the firm’s Litigation section with a focus on commercial and general civil litigation. She has experience representing clients in all phases of litigation in state and federal court.

Ms. Arend earned a JD from the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law in 2022 where she was an editor for the South Dakota Law Review. Prior to joining Kirton McConkie, Ms. Arend clerked for South Dakota’s Sixth Judicial Circuit Court and worked for a local boutique litigation firm in Boise, ID. When she isn’t at work, you can find Ms. Arend enjoying Idaho’s great outdoors, mountain biking, running, or skiing.
