Karina Partovi is a member of the firm’s International section. Her main focus is on international compliance, particularly in the Middle East, where she has advised on matters such as corporate formation and compliance, immigration, financial and banking matters, KYC/AML matters, data privacy, employment, real estate, and compliance with religious and educational laws.

 

Prior to joining Kirton McConkie, Ms. Partovi was an asset management associate at a global law firm, where she specialized in private fund formation.
