Donald N. Lundwall

Donald Lundwall is a member of the firm’s International section. He specializes in data privacy, contract review and analysis, constitutional and administrative law, and the First Amendment’s religion clauses. He advises clients on their compliance obligations under foreign and domestic privacy laws and has substantial experience analyzing contracts and advising clients on their contractual rights and duties. He also represents religious organizations, assisting with the preparation of federal appellate briefs raising significant issues and interests related to the defense of religious liberty and constitutional principles.  Additionally, he advises clients on the constitutional implications of proposed legislation and administrative rulemaking.

 

He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of Utah, and the courts of the State of Utah.

 

Mr. Lundwall graduated with a Master of Laws (LLM) in Environmental, Natural Resources, and Energy Law from Lewis & Clark Law School and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri (Columbia) School of Law.
