Summer Associate Program at Kirton McConkie: Launch Your Legal Career
Kirton McConkie hires dynamic, bright, and driven summer associates with the expectation that strong performance may lead to a long-term career with the firm. Our summer associates typically rank in the top 10% of their law school classes. We also look for many qualities, including integrity, leadership, strong communication skills, and meaningful involvement in extracurricular activities.
Exposure & Experience
Summer associates gain hands-on legal experience across multiple practice areas, including litigation, corporate, and real estate law. While we accommodate individual interests, we encourage summer associates to explore new disciplines and build a well-rounded foundation.
We also provide several opportunities to connect with peers and attorneys outside of work through social events, giving them a real sense of our culture and team dynamic.
