Associate Committee

Kirton McConkie associates benefit from structured support through our Associate Committee, a group of seasoned shareholders who oversee the implementation of the firm’s associate development plan—a roadmap created by the board of directors to help every associate build a successful and fulfilling career.

 

We also maintain an Associate Liaison Committee, made up of associates who serve as a direct line of communication between their peers and the Associate Committee. This ensures that associate feedback is heard, valued, and used to continually improve the experience of working at Kirton McConkie.

Associate Retreat

Each year, Kirton McConkie hosts an annual associate retreat at Snowbird, bringing together associates and their significant others for a mix of professional connection and personal enjoyment. The retreat includes a morning of meetings with firm leadership, followed by social events, dinner, and an overnight stay at the resort, offering a meaningful way to build relationships and strengthen our firm culture.
