Landon T. Laycock practices law in the firm’s Litigation, First Amendment and Religious Organizations, and Intellectual Property practice groups.
Landon’s experience covers a broad spectrum of litigation matters, including constitutional issues, complex torts, patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade dress, trade secrets, false advertising, unfair competition, unfair business practices, and related complex litigation. Landon’s practice also involves trademark prosecution, including management of large domestic and international trademark portfolios. He also has substantial experience in mediation and alternative dispute resolution, transactional work, licensing, as well as preparation of legal opinions relative to intellectual property.

Landon’s practice focuses on a broad range of complex, religious organizations matters, business matters, IP prosecution, and IP litigation. Landon has litigated cases involving complex torts, patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade dress, trade secrets, false advertising, and unfair competition. He is also experienced in addressing transactional matters, including licensing, contracts, IP portfolio management, opinion preparation for IP matters, and strategic planning for implementation of IP enforcement and related monetization.
