Nils P. Lofgren
Nils P. Lofgren is an attorney in the firm’s Real Estate section in Salt Lake City. His practice primarily focuses on traditional real estate development, land use, commercial leasing, and real estate financing throughout the country. Nils represents clients in all aspects of development, including acquisition, due diligence, deal structure and organization, financing, zoning, entitlements, leasing, and disposition. Prior to practicing law, Nils worked for multiple large-scale real estate development firms where he gained valuable experience in the industry. In addition to his Juris Doctor degree, Nils also holds a Master of Real Estate Development degree from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. Additionally, Nils currently serves as a commissioner on the Millcreek Planning Commission.
