Russell Griggs is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property section. He has experience with all facets of protecting intellectual property, including preparing and prosecuting patent applications, both in the United States and internationally. Mr. Griggs also provides strategic counseling for clients to better understand the intellectual property landscape through patentability and infringement searches and opinions. His background in computer engineering provides Mr. Griggs with a unique ability to understand computer software, hardware, and firmware, and the points where they intersect and interact. He has further experience with wireless communication, networking, medical devices, microcontrollers, and touch screens.
