Alex Clark is a member of the firm’s First Amendment and Religious Organizations section. His practice focuses on risk management, litigation prevention, investigation, and religious liberty.

 

Prior to joining Kirton McConkie, Mr. Clark represented juveniles in delinquency matters and provided appellate work as an attorney with the Utah County Public Defender Association. Mr. Clark is a graduate of the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and a former law clerk for the Arizona Court of Appeals.
