Matthew M. Pruitt is a member of the firm’s Corporate section with a practice focused on corporate law, contracts, litigation, judgment collection, entertainment, intellectual property, estate planning, and real estate. He has argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

 

Mr. Pruitt has a background in the entertainment industry in management and agent positions for such multi-platinum acts as The Killers and Imagine Dragons. He is a founding member of the Sports and Entertainment Law section of the State Bar of Nevada where he currently serves as treasurer and previously served as the chair and co-chair.
