Robbie G. Yates
Robbie G. Yates is a member of the firm’s Corporate section and is a leading adviser to institutional investors, emerging companies, and strategic acquirers in various industries. Mr. Yates focuses his practice on negotiating investments in venture capital funds, private equity funds, hedge funds, and real estate funds. He also focuses on merger and acquisition transactions and venture capital financings. Mr. Yates assists clients with general securities law compliance, corporate governance issues, and general corporate matters, along with advising entrepreneurs and emerging growth companies on business formation and founders’ issues.
Mr. Yates is recognized by Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America, Mountain States Super Lawyers, and Utah’s Legal Elite for corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
